Promocial Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Promocial app and the Promocial website at promocial.ai, both operated byPromocial (UK).

Who is responsible

Promocial (UK) is the data controller. Questions and requests:privacy@promocial.ai.

What we collect

• About your business: the website address you give us and the public content we read from it, plus your answers to the setup questions.
• Your account: name, email address and sign-in details.
• Channel access: an access token for the account you connect, used only to post videos you have approved.
• Performance: views, watch time and engagement for the videos we publish for you.
• Service logs: ordinary technical records needed to run and secure the service.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To provide the service you asked for: performance of a contract.
• To improve what we make for you, using how your own videos performed: legitimate interests.
• To contact you about your account: performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

Processors that make the service work: hosting, the channel you connect, and the model, speech and footage providers used to produce your videos. Each receives only what that step needs. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cloudflare (site hosting and DNS, UK/EU edge) · Stripe (payments; we never see or store card numbers) · Anthropic (writes the scripts from your business information) · Pexels (stock footage used in videos). We name a processor here before we start using it, not after.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, and for a short period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email privacy@promocial.ai. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Channel access

Connecting your TikTok account gives us permission to post videos you have approved. We do not read your private messages. You can disconnect at any time, from the app or from the platform's own settings, and we delete the stored token when you do.
